The Internet is not enough room, but it is essential that you can find. This is where SEO comes into play and search engine positioning.

Search engines like Google and Yahoo on the Internet are essential because they make visible a website and provide visitors. It is estimated that more than three-quarters of these visits come from search engines. That is why gaining a leading position in their list of results is as important today.

There are two ways to get a good search engine positioning: paying directly to the browser or by optimizing the content of your website through SEO techniques.

The first option is actually an advertising campaign in which ads are inserted in lists of results related to a particular topic. Featured usually go on top or on the side of the screen area. Instead, with the option get SEO (search engine optimization) more naturally and with more lasting impact.

Sync Outlook tasks with Android

Posted by Unknown at 12:02

Microsoft Outlook is the most used task manager in companies, Android is the most used operating system in smart phones. You would think that there is an easy way to synchronize Outlook tasks with a task manager on Android, but in reality it is not so easy.

Every week I receive messages from readers asking how they can spend their tasks from Outlook to your mobile.

Do you use Microsoft Exchange?

Before talking about the timing, you have to know where your Outlook tasks. There are organizations that work with Microsoft Exchange Server. This server is a solution to centralize data like email, calendars, contacts, tasks and notes to a server. In this case you can use a task manager in Android that communicates directly with Exchange.

If you do not work with Exchange Server, Outlook stores data in a local file on your computer. In this case, you'll need two applications: in addition to the task manager on the phone you have to install an additional application on your computer to synchronize Outlook data with a server in the cloud.

Like most Outlook users are not connected to an Exchange server, first I propose two solutions that do not require Exchange, followed by my recommendation for Exchange users and finally a list of alternatives.

gSyncit

My favorite solution is gSyncit, Swiss Army Knife synchronization. The $ 19.95 application is able to pass data from your calendar, contacts, tasks and notes in Outlook to Google's servers. Then, in order to access your tasks from your Android device, you can use an application like Astrid To-Do .

But there's more! gSyncit can also synchronize your Outlook tasks directly with some mainstream applications like Nozbe, Toodledo or Pocket Informant .

Finally, although not related to the topic of this article, you can synchronize Outlook notes with Evernote , Simplenote or Dropbox .

GOATS

If you want a free solution, you can take a look at GOATS (G assumo O utlook A ndroid T ASKs S ynchronizer). This solution consists of two applications: an application to synchronize Outlook tasks with the cloud and the other to access this data from Android.

TouchDown

There are several applications to connect to an Exchange server from an Android, but TouchDown is the one I was convinced. For only $ 19.95 you get access to email, contacts, calendar, tasks and notes.

Other solutions

My clients almost always recommend the three solutions above, but there are other possibilities. You may want to also investigate the following:

1. Moxier Mail: Another Android client for Exchange. Price: $ 14.99
2. CompanionLink for Outlook: synchronizes contacts, tasks and calendar with DejaOffice or Google Tasks. Price: $ 49.95
3. RoadSync: a client for Exchange. Price: $ 9.99
4. Symtasks: a task manager for Android that comes with a complement to install on the PC. Price: $ 7.99
5. VCOrganizer: also consists of two applications (PC + Android). Price: From $ 8.50

What method do you use to synchronize Microsoft Outlook tasks with Android? Explain it in the comments.
